Job description

Description

The Rural Healthcare Transformation Program (RHTP) Project Manager leads MDIH's portfolio of projects funded through Maine's Rural Health Transformation Program, a five-year federal program administered by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and coordinating the MDIH RHTP Steering Committee, the Project Manager oversees deliverables, budgets, reconciliations and resources for each project and each project year, so that every award is completed on time, within budget and in compliance with its funding agreement. The Project Manager is accountable for the full RHTP portfolio of projects aligned with MDIH, which may include several concurrent projects at different stages and in different project years. This is a temporary position; its duration is tied to the RHTP awards MDIH holds, and continuation from one project year to the next depends on available funding.

Benefits:

MDI Hospital and Birch Bay Retirement Village offer a competitive salary, robust medical/dental/vision/life insurance, identity theft protection program, matching retirement plan, ample paid time off, a comprehensive award winning wellness program with reimbursement incentives, generous tuition reimbursement, and continuing education benefits. Some positions may qualify for a sign on bonus and relocation assistance.

EEO Statement:

MDI Hospital and Birch Bay Retirement Village provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment in all job classifications without regard to race, color, religion, age, mental disability, physical disability, medical condition, gender, sexual orientation, genetic information, ancestry, marital status, national origin, veteran status, and other classifications protected by applicable state and local non-discrimination laws.
