Job summary

Purchase District Health Department seeks an experienced Operations Lead to drive day-to-day activities of the Rural Community Hub (RCH) within the Rural Health Transformation program. Lead operational systems, coordinate partners, and ensure alignment with grant requirements and district priorities.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor management, data collection, and performance reporting while collaborating with state partners to scale hub operations across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public health, social work, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in program coordination, operations management, community engagement, partnership development, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating projects and support implementation across multiple organizations or sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout ADD region for meetings, events, and partner engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities of the Rural Community Hub, driving alignment with program goals, grant requirements, and local community needs.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, procurements, and financial reporting processes to drive accountability and transparency.
• Guide Hub partner organizations on federal grant compliance considerations.
