Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact seeks a Student Success Navigator to integrate programming within a neighborhood school and serve as the primary liaison with community partners.

The role supports health and wellness, safety, arts and humanities, and college and career planning services, coordinating a school-level Partnership Council and ensuring effective delivery across the PN pipeline. Onsite, year-round position with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in human services or related field and three years of experience required.
• Experience engaging with rural schools and communities.
• Strong communication and data skills.
• Ability to coordinate a multi-faceted program and work across partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate school-based partnerships and PN team efforts.
• Serve as liaison with grant partners; ensure training and role clarity.
• Support wraparound services: health, wellness, arts, college and career planning.
• Plan events and services related to PN outcomes and student enrichment.
• Collaborate with school staff and community partners to implement program plan.
• Lead the school-level Partnership Council and monitor progress.
