Qualifications

• Experience working within the healthcare field.
• Two years customer service experience.
• Experience with Athena EHR/EMR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and relay incoming telephone calls at the front desk.
• Manage front desk operations and provide exemplary customer service to patients and guests.
• Schedule appointments and take payments, verify insurance, and conduct follow-up calls.
