Job summary

Signature Aviation in the United States operates a private aviation terminal, where an Airside Experience Specialist delivers hospitality and hands-on operational support from wheels down to wheels up. The role requires a service-first mindset and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in outdoor environments around aircraft.

You will operate ground service equipment, coordinate fueling/de-icing and related services, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction while maintaining

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and obtain an airport security badge.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Ability to pass color vision test for fuel inspection.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment and support airside operations.
• Work with team to meet service needs: fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, water, parking.
• Identify open tasks, speak up on safety concerns, and follow SOPs.
• Load/unload luggage and assist guests and aircraft crew as needed.
• Provide professional guest service and safe transportation when needed.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; follow emergency procedures.
