Joe’s on Newbury in Boston’s Back Bay is seeking a Food Runner to deliver hospitality with genuine conversation and ensure timely food delivery to guests.

You will help with presentation, maintenance, and guest service, observing body language to anticipate needs and handling questions, complaints, and teamwork.

Competenze

• Education: High School diploma; English communication skills required.
• Experience: Hospitality experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Food Runner is responsible for delivering hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable conversation. This position is critical to our guest's overall experience as he/she must ensure all aspects of food presentation are up to our standards and our guests receive their food in a timely manner to ensure optimal food temperature and quality.
