Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health to lead North American team delivering science-based solutions across probiotics, enzymes, and silage. This high-impact role partners across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation to drive customer success.

You will translate scientific insights into value for dairy and beef producers, manage trials, mentor professionals, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in animal nutrition/technical services/research/consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial organizations to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and deliver technical expertise.
• Develop and execute North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams.
• Provide executive-level technical support for key customer opportunities.
• Manage technical trials, field validation, and research collaborations.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences and customer events.
