Job summary

Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a hands-on pest control technician to perform outdoor and indoor treatments across residential and commercial properties in North Carolina. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service while driving to multiple locations daily.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a willingness to work Monday through Saturday, and in-house training with opportunities to upsell additional services.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined spaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a coaching and feedback-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver pest control services per Go-Forth procedures.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance practices.
• Remove webs and apply treatments per state regulations.
• Document all service details in the CRM (FieldRoutes).
• Operate a company vehicle between customer locations and maintain safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
