Go-Forth Pest Control is seeking a field-based pest control professional to service residential and commercial properties in and around Winston-Salem, NC. The role emphasizes hands-on treatments, customer service, and upselling additional services.

Training is provided in-house, and a valid driver's license is required. The job involves outdoor work in all weather, lifting equipment, and navigating crawl spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces.
• Able to thrive in coaching and feedback-driven environments.
• No prior pest control experience required—training provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers; build rapport and trust.
• Identify pests and apply treatments per label instructions and state rules.
• Upsell add-on services and prospective treatments (D2D where applicable).
• Work in assigned territory; cover 14–20 locations daily.
• Document service details in the CRM (FieldRoutes).
• Operate company vehicle safely and comply with regulations.
