Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead development of rugged edge computing products. You will guide cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and software through prototype to production, ensuring quality and delivery within budget.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration at the South Burlington, VT office, with relocation or commuting encouraged for the right candidate. Strong planning and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; master's strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable expertise in computer hardware, electrical design, mechanical engineering, and/or system integration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, risk mitigation, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable work style.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Leadership from concept to production using a gate-staged development process.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with schedules, budgets, sourcing, and prototype strategies.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams including senior leadership.
• Own risk management and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure on-time delivery and maintain budget control across internal and external partners.
• Provide transparent progress updates to stakeholders throughout development.
• Drive continuous improvement to enable faster development cycles and scalable delivery.
