Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead development of rugged industrial computers, edge systems, and servers. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high technical quality across electrical, mechanical, and firmware domains.

The role requires onsite work at South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC, with relocation or commuting supported. Strong hardware development experience and PMP bonus are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget.
• B.S. in Engineering or Computer Science; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• Deep technical knowledge in computer hardware, electrical design, mechanical engineering, and system integration.
• Proven track record managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, risk mitigation, and time management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet).
• PMP or comparable certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Leadership from concept to production using a gate-staged process.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, sourcing, and prototype builds.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Own project and portfolio risks with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure on-time delivery and budget control across all departments and partners.
• Provide clear progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional discussions on product health and architecture risk.
