Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or CS; MS preferred.
• Experience in computer hardware, electrical/mechanical design, or system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Familiarity with Jira/Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs from concept to production using gate-staged processes.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with schedules and budgets.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Own project/portfolio risk and mitigate accordingly.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget across internal and external partners.
• Provide transparent progress updates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement for faster development cycles.
