Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to bridge presales and mass production for complex hardware projects. You will own end-to-end execution, from scoping to delivery, coordinating engineering, production, and customer onboarding to ensure on-time, within-scope, and profitable outcomes.

The role requires onsite presence at the Cary, NC or South Burlington, VT offices, with relocation or commuting supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex, custom hardware projects.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) and ERP platforms (Odoo preferred).
• PMP or comparable project management certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales & Sales Engineering during presales to assess configuration, feasibility, timelines, and risks.
• Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) with clear deliverables, milestones, and SLAs.
• Align project deliverables with operational capacity and cross-functional momentum.
• Serve as the operational point of contact from Presales to Mass Production.
• Lead weekly status meetings and track milestones and dependencies.
