Job summary

OnLogic seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead rugged edge computing system development, coordinating hardware, firmware, and software teams across gates from concept to production. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to drive programs on time and within budget.

You will work with suppliers and internal engineering groups in an onsite role at our Cary, NC or South Burlington, VT offices, with relocation if needed to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering large, complex projects.
• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Computer Science; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• Demonstrable expertise and deep technical knowledge in computer hardware, electrical design, mechanical engineering, and system integration.
• Proven track record managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, risk mitigation, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
• A detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable work style.
• PMP or comparable certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Leadership: Drive development projects from concept to production.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including budgets and schedules.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with leadership and engineers across functions.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• On-Time Delivery & Budget Control: Ensure timely delivery within project budgets.
