Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a Global Business Operations professional to drive end-to-end execution of complex hardware projects from presales to mass production, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and profitability.

You will bridge pre-sales with operations, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Legal to maintain high-quality customer experiences and strong margins. This onsite role requires collaboration across our Cary, NC office, with a focus on delivering industrial edge computing solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex, custom hardware projects.
• Operational background in Sales, Business Operations, or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), ERP (Odoo preferred), and PM tools like Jira/Smartsheet.
• Excellent executive-level communication and negotiation skills, with C-suite exposure.
• PMP or comparable certification preferred, plus a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales & Sales Engineering during presales to assess configuration, feasibility, timelines, and risks.
• Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) with clear deliverables and SLAs.
• Align project deliverables with operational capacity across teams.
• Serve as the operational point of contact from Presales to Mass Production.
• Obtain approvals for scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and track milestones using Jira/Smartsheet.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Supply Chain, and Production.
• Lead weekly status meetings, capture actions, and drive accountability.
• Manage resources, budget, and changes to protect profit margins.
• Communicate timeline, budget, and scope changes to customers to ensure a great experience.
