Veeva Systems is seeking a RTSM Practice Manager to lead a professional services team focused on customer success in RTSM studies. You will manage project managers and managed services consultants, build talent, and establish RTSM processes across teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have RTSM experience.
• 4+ years in people management.
• Built and managed a team of project managers/services team.
• Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
• Operational excellence in leading Services including resource management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Team player.
• A logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail.
