Typical hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, but vary with client needs. Work from home or in the office as a Work Anywhere company. The role requires 2+ years in customer service and RTSM familiarity, plus proficiency with MS Office, text editing software, and RTSM data integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or other client relationship experience.
• Proficiency in business software including MS Office and Text Editing software.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand RTSM requirements with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Configure RTSM based on customer requirements.
• Lead design review meetings with customers.
• Provide RTSM expertise and guidance in the RTSM design.
• Manage and configure data integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues in designing complex systems and projects.
