Job summary

GFT in Chipley, FL is seeking a part-time Transportation Management Center Lead Supervisor to join our RTMC team. The role requires onsite attendance at our Chipley, FL office and supports 24/7 operations with night and weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of RTMC supervisory experience, SunGuide proficiency, and ITS knowledge. A high school diploma is required, with certifications in CompTIA A+/Network+ and a Microsoft certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• SunGuide experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ITS principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor roadway conditions and incidents using SunGuide and CCTV.
• Dispatch Road Rangers and log activities.
• Coordinate with RTMC staff and external agencies.
• Assist with monthly reporting and QA/QC.
• Operate SunGuide configuration updates and weekly reports.
• Work overnight, weekend, and alternate shifts.
