GFT is seeking a full‑time Assistant Manager for the Chipley, FL Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC). The role provides a second‑in‑command to the RTMC Manager, supervising staff and ensuring daily operations align with policies and procedures.

Applicants should have strong ITS/traffic operations knowledge, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. On‑site work with hourly compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Seven years ITS supervisory/management experience.
• Five years ITS supervisory/management at Chipley RTMC.
• Knowledge of ITS and traffic operations principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational and supervisory activities of the RTMC.
• Act as second in command to the RTMC Manager.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and coordinate with stakeholders.
