Qualifications

• Must have strong telephone/interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with RTLS, RFID, BLE, UWB, Wi-Fi location or similar technologies preferred.
• Healthcare/industrial enterprise software customer support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot RTLS-related issues including location accuracy, device connectivity, and workflow events.
• Document interactions and ensure SLA compliance; hand off to Engineering as needed.
