Job summary

HID Technologies is seeking a RTLS Service Technician to install, commission, service, and troubleshoot RTLS healthcare technologies across customer sites. You will travel extensively, perform onsite validation, and respond to support tickets within SLA.

The role requires a practical technical background, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong English communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with two years of RTLS experience or a related field; MS Office and Smartsheets

Qualifications

• Vocational school or 2-year college degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• Two years RTLS experience or related customer service work.
• Working knowledge of RTLS technical characteristics.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and be able to climb ladders as needed.
• Effective communication in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service RTLS and environmental monitoring solutions for healthcare customers.
• Troubleshoot installations using as-built drawings to identify deficiencies.
• Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS systems.
• Respond to support tickets within SLA and escalate as needed.
• Travel extensively to customer sites to provide timely onsite support.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure service excellence.
