Job summary

HID Global Corporation is seeking an RTLS Service Technician to install, commission, and service RTLS healthcare technologies across customer sites. The role requires extensive travel, on-site support, and collaboration with Customer Success Managers to ensure service excellence.

A two-year RTLS-related background or equivalent is preferred. You'll work with a team to troubleshoot, validate installations, and provide timely responses to support tickets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supporting RTLS products.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel ~60%.
• Excellent verbal/written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain RTLS and environmental monitors.
• Troubleshoot installations and use as-built drawings to fix issues.
• Provide onsite validation and testing of RTLS systems.
• Respond to support tickets within SLA; escalate when needed.
• Travel to customer sites; provide timely onsite support.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure service excellence.
• Assist with process improvements for RTLS delivery.
