Duration: 6 Month Contract w/ possibility of converting full-time

Pay: $25/hr W2

firstPRO is currently accepting resumes for a Windows 11 Deployment Technician supporting a healthcare client’s RTLS (Real Time Locating System) upgrade initiative. This project involves upgrading approximately 145 Dell Mini PCs from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across hospital and clinic environments before the October deadline. These devices support patient and staff tracking systems displayed on wall monitors and kiosks throughout highly populated clinical areas.

This role will primarily support off‑hours deployments, including nights and weekends, to minimize disruption to patient care operations. Opportunities are available for both a main clinic site resource and a satellite site resource supporting locations including Foxborough, Milford, Chestnut Hill, and Merrimack Valley. Candidates supporting satellite locations must have reliable transportation.

The ideal candidate will have prior IT support, deployment, migration, or hardware refresh experience, with healthcare or clinical environment experience strongly preferred. Training, documentation, and hands‑on guidance will be provided by the existing project team. Strong communication skills, professionalism, organization, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
