Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks an RTCDP Product Lead to be hands-on with Adobe Real-Time CDP. You will design identity foundations, data models, and activation workflows to support segmentation, activation, and downstream orchestration across AJO, Marketo, AEM, CJA, and external destinations.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Adobe teams to implement unified profiles, data quality controls, and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in RTCDP core components and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• Experience with AJO, CAJO, and CJA data flows and activation.
• Ability to design identity stitching and profile graphs across multiple identifiers.
• Familiarity with AEM Assets metadata-driven segmentation and activation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure RTCDP components: identities, datasets, schemas, mappings.
• Build batch and streaming ingestion pipelines from multiple sources.
• Define segments, audience sharing, and activation readiness checks.
• Validate end-to-end flow: ingestion to activation and measurement.
