Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Data Product Lead to drive the Data POD for Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives and the foundational data layer powering customer experience, analytics, and personalization. You will translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, oversee POD delivery, and ensure scalable, governed data assets across AEP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture, CDP, or related fields.
• Hands-on with Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network/Data Streams, tag management, enterprise data layer.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions, XDM schema design and dataset configuration.
• Experience with RTCDP B2B data model: accounts, contacts/leads, opportunities.
• Experience integrating CRM and enterprise data sources into AEP, including lead‑to‑account matching.
• Strong governance, data quality, lineage, and consent management practices.
• Experience designing both batch and streaming data ingestion architectures.
• Knowledge of B2B identity resolution and account‑to‑person matching in RTCDP.

Responsibilities

• Own technical quality, delivery velocity, and execution for the Data POD.
• Lead reviews of designs, B2B data architectures, XDM schemas, configurations, integrations, deployment plans.
• Establish QA, validation processes, runbooks, and governance controls.
• Mentor offshore data engineering resources with clear specs and acceptance criteria.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and reusable patterns for data collection, integration, and governance.
• Design and oversee Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network/Data Streams configurations, and enterprise data layer architectures.
• Lead CRM, billing, and campaign data integrations into AEP, including lead‑to‑account matching.
• Define XDM schemas, datasets, ingestion strategies, and B2B identity frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across solutions.
• Represent POD in governance forums and translate priorities into roadmaps.
