Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Adobe Real-Time CDP practitioner and client-facing delivery leader. You translate customer experience and marketing objectives into scalable data and activation solutions, guiding teams through discovery, design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization.

In this role you will lead client workshops, manage engagements from roadmap to launch, design XDM schemas, and coordinate across business, product, architecture, privacy, security, analytics, and activation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing technology or data platforms.
• 4+ years with customer data platforms or activation ecosystems.
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• Experience leading client-facing delivery teams, on-shore and off-shore.
• Knowledge of identity resolution, segmentation, activation, privacy, and security.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to define use cases, architecture decisions, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage an Adobe RTCDP engagement from discovery to stabilization.
• Design and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, merge policies, profile enablement, segmentation, audiences, and destinations.
• Guide batch, streaming, API, and event-driven integrations, including mapping, validation, monitoring, error handling, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate business, product, architecture, engineering, privacy, security, analytics, and activation stakeholders.
• Manage scope, plan, dependencies, risks, issues, quality, team performance, and client communications.
• Support solutioning, estimates, proposals, demonstrations, reusable assets, and Adobe capability development.
• Incorporate AI into workflows and applications increasing efficiencies where appropriate.
