Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Digital Intelligence & Personalization Architect (DIPA FE) to guide clients in adopting Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will be a trusted technical consultant shaping architecture, integration patterns, and delivery strategies for measurable outcomes.

Remote US-based role requiring strong communication, business acumen, and a track record of successful Adobe implementations across Analytics, CJA, Target, and RTCDP.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• 5+ years of direct client consulting experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with at least three of: Adobe Analytics, CJA, Adobe Target, RTCDP.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in API integrations, data modeling, and solution architecture.
• Experience translating business requirements into architecture, design, and development activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a recognized authority in Adobe Experience Platform and integrated solutions following industry best practices.
• Gather client objectives, technical requirements, and KPIs; align recommendations with goals and feasibility.
• Translate business use cases into scalable designs balancing campaign flexibility, reporting, and guardrails.
• Provide guidance on integration technologies and patterns across Adobe and non-Adobe systems.
• Support troubleshooting and best-practice implementation across Adobe Analytics, CJA, Target, and RTCDP.
• Create client-facing documentation, presentations, and recommendations.
