Indegene's CDP practice seeks a Digital Strategy Manager to join a new client project as the Adobe Real-Time CDP subject matter expert. You will shape the platform roadmap, defend design decisions, and connect Adobe capabilities to the client's marketing objectives.

This stand-up engagement requires translating business needs into RT-CDP schemas, guiding data models across AEP, CJA, and destinations, and engaging senior stakeholders from delivery to client teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years overall in digital marketing technology, with significant hands-on Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) – schema design, identity namespaces, audience composition, segmentation, and destination activation.
• Working knowledge of adjacent Adobe Experience Cloud tools – AEP, CJA, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign – and how they integrate with RT-CDP.
• Proven ability to operate at the strategy layer – translating client marketing/commercial objectives into a platform roadmap and use case sequencing, not just configuration delivery.
• Experience standing up new/greenfield engagements, defining approach, data strategy, and governance from a blank slate.

Responsibilities

• Define the RT-CDP platform strategy and phased roadmap for the client.
• Act as the primary RT-CDP SME on the project – the point of authority on platform capability and design trade-offs.
• Position RT-CDP within the client's MarTech stack and clarify its role relative to other tools.
• Translate business requirements into RT-CDP schema, identity, and audience design.
• Guide data model and segmentation decisions across AEP, CJA, and destinations.
• Review and validate technical design against best practices, compliance, and scalability.
• Lead structured requirement-gathering sessions with marketing ops, IT, and analytics stakeholders.
• Stand up the engagement's technical and governance approach from scratch.
