Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an experienced Adobe Real-Time CDP practitioner to lead client delivery of RTCDP engagements. You will translate marketing objectives into scalable data and activation solutions, guiding teams through discovery to stabilization.

You will design XDM schemas, data pipelines, and audiences, manage multi-stakeholder collaborations, and incorporate AI into workflows while ensuring privacy and security. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing technology or data platforms.
• Minimum 4 years with customer data platforms, personalization, or activation ecosystems.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on or solution leadership experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP and/or Adobe Experience Platform.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to define use cases, architecture decisions, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage an Adobe RTCDP engagement or major workstream from discovery to stabilization.
• Design and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, merge policies, profile enablement, segmentation, audiences, and destinations.
• Coordinate business, product, architecture, engineering, privacy, security, analytics, and activation stakeholders.
