Job summary

Securitas is seeking an experienced RSOC Supervisor to support Dassault Systèmes in Waltham, MA. This critical role oversees remote security operations, coordinates incident responses, and serves as a central point of contact for clients and staff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in security, strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple systems such as ExacqVision CCTV, CCURE-9000, and Everbridge. Shift options include 9am-5pm or 10pm-6am with every-other-week on-call.

Qualifications

• Three years of related security industry experience preferred.
• Experience in a security operations center or dispatch environment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication with security personnel, management, law enforcement, and stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Must complete required background and checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership within the Remote Security Operations Center.
• Coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies across sites.
• Log and prioritize incoming service calls and coordinate responses.
• Communicate professionally with client leadership, employees, and first responders.
• Coordinate emergency and service-related requests (police, fire, ambulance, etc.).
• Operate multiple security systems to maintain situational awareness.
• Distribute notifications and support crisis management communications.
• Document security events, incidents, and daily activities.
• Maintain confidential information per client policies.
