Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred in Criminal Justice or Security Management.
• 2–4 years in a SOC with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficient with Avigilon Control Center and other video/access systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
• Experience in report writing and coordination with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor SOC Analysts.
• Oversee monitoring of Avigilon and related security systems across client sites.
• Ensure incidents, alarms, and emergencies are responded to and documented.
• Conduct quality control checks on incident reports and shift summaries.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, managers, and law enforcement during critical incidents.
• Develop and update SOC post orders, policies, and SOPs.
• Ensure proper shift coverage and timely information dissemination between shifts.
• Assist in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Provide leadership during emergencies and maintain command presence.
