Job summary

Lexington Health in Columbia, SC is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a part‑time shift (AM 06:30–19:00). Responsibilities include inpatient assessments, oxygen therapy, arterial blood gases, and ventilator management.

Eligible for full‑time benefits with a sign‑on bonus of 20,000. Minimum qualifications require a 2‑year Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care and NBRC registration, SC licensure, and BLS/ACLS (NRP for certain areas).

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree in respiratory care or AMA‑accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients per respiratory care scope and protocols.
• Operate and troubleshoot ventilators and oxygen therapy equipment.
• Document patient care and outcomes in medical records.
• Provide education to patients and families and participate in quality improvement.
