Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is partnering with a premier Montana healthcare system to recruit a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for on-site work in Great Falls. The role requires evaluating, treating, and educating patients with cardiopulmonary disorders under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

You will perform diagnostic testing, manage ventilator care, respond to emergencies, and support CQI initiatives while adhering to safety and credentialing standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active Montana license or eligibility and NBRC credentialing as RRT.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong understanding of respiratory care equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, ventilation management, ABG sampling, and diagnostic testing.
• Evaluate patients, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives and safety/regulatory standards.
