Job summary

United Future is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Great Falls, MT to provide comprehensive respiratory care in a high-quality cardiovascular/care setting.

Under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager, you will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, perform diagnostic tests, and educate families while participating in CQI and safety initiatives. Includes on-site, full-time employment with relocation support possible.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted Respiratory Care Practitioner license (Montana) or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, mechanical ventilation setup/management, ABG sampling/analysis, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct patient clinical evaluations, monitor treatment responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies (code blue, rapid responses, trauma) and provide critical respiratory support across all ages.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, home therapy equipment, and preventive health.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, hospital safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
