Job summary

Management Performance Associates partners with a premier Montana health system to recruit a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for the cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls. This on-site role involves evaluating and treating patients with cardiopulmonary disorders under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

Responsibilities include aerosol therapies, ventilation setup, ABG sampling, patient education, and adherence to CQI and safety standards across units; requires NBRC credentials,

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Montana license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and arterial blood gas sampling.
• Assess patient condition, monitor responses, and document outcomes.
• Manage ventilation setup and critical care support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives and hospital safety standards.
