Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a premier Montana healthcare system in Great Falls. This full-time, on-site role supports the cardiopulmonary team with evaluation, treatment, and patient education.

Under the supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager, you will manage ventilation, perform ABG sampling, and respond to emergencies across units while adhering to CQI and safety standards and collaborating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy.
• Licensure: Montana RCP license (or eligibility to obtain) and NBRC RRT credential.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Knowledge: respiratory care protocols, equipment, safety, CQI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage mechanical ventilation setup/monitoring and ABG sampling.
• Perform patient evaluations, monitor response, adjust protocols with physicians.
• Respond to codes and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
