Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive cardiopulmonary care in Great Falls, Montana. The role covers evaluation, treatment, continuous monitoring, and patient education within a high-quality team environment.

You will work under the Respiratory Care Manager, performing diagnostic testing, mechanical ventilation setup/management, and critical care support while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy.
• Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility.
• Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and ventilator management.
• Assess patients, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies (code blue/rapid responses) and support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI, safety, and regulatory standards.
