Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a premier healthcare system in Great Falls, Montana. This on-site, full-time role supports the cardiopulmonary team with direct care, diagnostics, and education for patients across ages.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, be NBRC-credentialed as an RRT, and hold Montana licensure or eligibility, with a strong emphasis on safety and CQI practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted Respiratory Care Practitioner license or immediate eligibility (Montana).
• Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, ventilation setup/management, ABG sampling/analysis, and diagnostic testing.
• Evaluate patient responses, adjust treatment plans with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies (codes, rapid responses) and provide cross-unit respiratory support for all ages.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, home therapy equipment, and preventive cardiopulmonary care.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
