Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a premier healthcare system's cardiopulmonary team. The clinician will provide comprehensive respiratory care, education, and critical support across units.

Under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager, you will evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, perform diagnostic testing, and participate in continuous quality improvement while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted Respiratory Care Practitioner license (Montana) or eligibility to obtain.
• Active NBRC RRT credential; BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including therapies and ventilation management.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor responses, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
