Job summary

MAU is seeking an on-site Talent Acquisition Leader to partner with customer HR and operations, driving recruiting strategies, intake sessions, and data-driven decisions. This role oversees offers, onboarding, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes for multiple requisitions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's (Master’s preferred), strong communication, customer service orientation, and MS Office skills, with leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition lead for all positions within scope.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define profiles and hiring expectations.
• Coordinate offer development, negotiation, and candidate engagement.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• Oversee onboarding steps and 90-day post-hire activities.
• Coach recruiters in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates.
