Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced RPO Business Consultant to prospect and sell RPO services to organizations, explaining staffing benefits and aligning client expectations with company deliverables.

You will develop short and long-term sales strategies, manage forecasts and renewal processes, and travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 3+ selling RPO services experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license required for regular travel; passport for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities.
• Prepare renewal proposals and client presentations.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally for meetings and events.
