Job summary

Distro is seeking a Business Consultant to prospect and sell RPO services, aligning client expectations with company deliverables. You will forecast sales, allocate resources, and craft account strategies to grow revenue and margins.

This role requires proactive lead generation, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally to client sites and events. A Bachelor's degree and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• 3+ selling RPO services required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Prepare proposals and executive summaries for client presentations.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required for meetings and events.
