Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, CS, Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, workflow or digital transformation preferred.
- Experience with RPA, BOT solutions and cross-functional stakeholder engagement is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand and document business processes and automation opportunities across assigned areas.
- Act as SME for RPA, BOT, workflow, and intelligent automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with RPA developers, API teams, QA, security, and business teams to validate requirements.
