Job summary

TTI, Inc., headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Business Analyst to partner with Senior Project Managers and leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements and insights that drive enterprise-wide transformation.

You will map current processes, define future-state capabilities, elicit requirements, support business case development, and help ensure validated, adopted, and delivered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex initiatives, ideally in transformation, process improvement, or cross-functional change projects.
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments where requirements evolve and success is measured by outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers and initiative leads to define and clarify business problems, objectives, scope, assumptions, and success measures.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to understand needs, constraints, and perspectives.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and document future-state processes and business capabilities aligned to transformation goals.
• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements with rigor.
• Support business case development, including options analysis and impact assessments.
