Nityo Infotech Limited seeks an experienced RPA Business Analyst to support the client automation initiative. The BA will collaborate with business stakeholders and automation teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, create process documentation, and aid delivery of Power Automate and RPA solutions.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of Business Analysis and 3+ years of RPA/Intelligent Automation experience, with strong process discovery, requirements gathering, PDD creation,
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3+ years of RPA / Intelligent Automation experience.
- Strong experience in Process Discovery and Requirements Gathering.
- Experience creating: PDD, Process Maps / Workflow Diagrams, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and RPA tools.
Responsabilités
- Identify and assess automation opportunities.
- Conduct process discovery workshops.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Prepare PDDs and process documentation.
- Collaborate with business SMEs and RPA developers.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment.
- Track automation benefits and business outcomes.
