• Minimum 4-5 years experience in gathering requirements, process analysis, and data management.
• Experience coordinating with developers and testers to implement requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to lead discussions with business and IT teams.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Identify processes suitable for automation with benefits and savings analysis.
• Run workshops with client SMEs to understand end-to-end processes.
• Define process complexity for RPA delivery and future state flows.
• Document To Be Automated Flow and detailed business logic for automation.
• Create alternate and nested flows to cover multiple transaction paths in automation.
• Ensure inputs and outputs are properly defined and aligned with process goals.
