The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Business Analyst in transformation or cross-functional projects, and can navigate both agile and traditional delivery approaches while communicating effectively across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years as a BA on transformation or cross-functional projects.
• Ability to thrive with evolving requirements and outcomes.
• Experience with elicitation, process mapping, and analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Define and clarify problems, objectives, scope, assumptions, and success measures.
• Engage stakeholders across roles to understand needs and constraints.
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Design future-state processes and capabilities aligned to goals.
• Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support business case development, including options and impacts.
• Act as change agent with constructive challenge and alternatives.
• Ensure alignment between intent and outcomes via validation and adoption activities.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums with clear outcomes.
• Maintain traceability between objectives, requirements, decisions, outcomes.
• Identify risks early and mitigate with the project team.
• Communicate clearly through text, visuals, and meetings.
