Job summary

A well-established entertainment firm in Nashville is seeking a Royalty Label Manager to oversee the Royalty Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in music royalties, excellent analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities include managing daily workflows, interpreting royalty agreements, and ensuring timely reporting. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business is required, along with supervisory experience. Compensation is between $80,000 and $125,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow of the Royalty Department.
• Assign tasks and maintain workflow of the Royalty Department.
• Review and approve staff work product.
• Read and interpret complex royalty agreements.
• Oversee the issuance of royalty statements.
• Oversee tracking and prepare reports for client meetings.
• Liaise with Account Managers and Partners within the Firm.
• Liaise with external companies and clients.
• Meet hard reporting deadlines.
• Supervise and manage staff, provide support and direction.
