Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and updates with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, insurance, and compliance documents.
• Process client payments and track accounts payable/receivable; support banking administration.
• Draft correspondence and maintain organized records; assist onboarding and offboarding.
