Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP is seeking a ROW Specialist at MPL to establish and maintain positive relations with landowners, municipalities, and agencies, negotiating and enforcing rights-of-way and related agreements. Travel up to 10% (25% if outside La Palma office).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of related pipeline or ROW experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive stakeholder relationships with landowners, municipalities, and agencies.
• Negotiate agreements, enforce land agreements, and ensure compliance with existing agreements.
• Support project work by negotiating and securing pipeline rights-of-way, surface leases, easements, permits, and related agreements.
• Coordinate with field personnel, Law, and Management on executed agreements.
• Provide advisory support for public awareness information, policies, plans, and programs.
